Ogden, UT - Full Time
Since 1980, Western Coating has been the industry source for Epoxy Coated Rebar in the Western United States. We are seeking applicants for the position of Branch Manager for the Ogden, Utah location.
Purpose of this Position:
To manage all aspects of the Branch. This includes sales, operations and accountability for all profit and loss responsibilities including timely production, mix, quantity of inventory to meet customer demands and market share growth. Responsible for defining and implementing work strategies to ensure profitability by effectively managing labor hours to match production demands.
Duties and Experience:
Candidates must have prior supervisory experience managing a diverse workforce, proven ability to work in a dynamic work environment, ability to manage multiple tasks at once, a proven ability to develop business and strategic plans and solid computer skills using the suite of Microsoft Office tools. Must be able to develop strong client relationships as well as have proven leadership skills. Candidates must have a willingness and ability to travel. A proven track record of employee/staff development is critical.
Additionally, candidates must have high school diploma or GED. Preference given to candidates with a college degree or advanced courses in manufacturing, business, or engineering.
This is not remote, travel 15% of the time required, Monday through Friday, some weekend work.
